The purpose of this application is to enable our customers who use Intellicon to get timely updates on their potential clients and prospects via their mobile application. The mobile application will be used by users to create, update, view, assign tickets. The users will be able to view leads in list view. The users will also be able to apply different filters on the selected view in order to find their respective leads. The supervisors of the application will be able to view dashboards and their team’s performance.The user will first create a lead, add information to the created lead, add a contact and add related attachments. Each user will have specific user permissions through which they can view and update the leads.- A user can manage their leads from the mobile application.- A user can create multiple tasks and notes while creating or updating a lead from lead’s advanced view.- A user can send email while creating or updating a lead from the advanced view.- A user can create a contact while creating or updating a lead from the advanced view.- A user can link an already created contact by searching the contact name while creating or updating a lead from the advanced view.- A user can create, update and delete a contact (type customer or company).- A user can also manually create an activity, along with its description, that is not already added automatically.- A user can view the complete activity of the specific opened lead.
